Health Care
Once a referral is in place, we can do a meet and greet to discuss services and pick a date to start services. Home Life’s flat at Coho is part of the Coho Ecovillage, a cohousing community in South Corvallis. Coho was established in October of 2007 and supports 3 individuals. Home Life is a second family to many of our clients, therefore, we strive to serve our clients through each stage of life.
They were so great and had welcomed her in such a way that I felt completely comfortable saying “she is all yours”. This was a real success all the way through and a great example of what Home Life Inc. Community Living Supports was started in 2016 and has operated under a few different names since then. Individuals utilizing Community Living Supports have chosen Home Life to be one piece of their support network and typically have other provider agencies or PSW’s to fulfill the rest of their support needs. The team that operates both programs consists of one Program Coordinator, three Program Managers, and one group of Direct Support Professionals.
They have much to contribute to the larger community but might need help with day-to-day tasks that are easier for people without disabilities. Our participants strive to live fun, enriching, and entertaining lives like anyone else!
